To all individuals attending the
102st Annual Meeting of the AACR in Orlando, Florida:

The Department of Defense's Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) will be presenting a series of short talks on CDMRP and its cancer research funding programs on Monday, April 4, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., in Room W208 of the Orange County Convention Center.

Scheduled to speak from the CDMRP are the CDMRP Director, CAPT Melissa Kaime; a CDMRP Program Manager, Dr. Marielena McGuire; an Integration Panel member and Consumer Advocate, Dr. James Kiefert; and a CDMRP-funded Scientist and Scientist Peer Reviewer, Dr. Todd Giorgio.

All panel members will be available for a general question-and-answer session following the talks, and CDMRP staff will be available to answer individual questions immediately following the general discussion.

All individuals interested in successfully applying for cancer research funding are encouraged to attend!

In addition, CDMRP staff will be available at the CDMRP Exhibit Booth #2478 to answer questions about individual research programs and funding opportunities. The CDMRP Director will be available at the booth on Monday, April 4, 12:30-2:30pm.
