Information in this preannouncement is being provided to allow investigators time to plan and develop proposals. All proposals submitted must conform to the requirements specified in the final Supplements to the BAA, to be posted in Grants.gov by April 2008. The number of awards anticipated is based on available funds and average cost of proposals. The PRMRP reserves the right to make awards in greater or lesser numbers than anticipated. As of 2007, proposals requesting funding from the CDMRP have been submitted through the Federal Government's single entry portal, Grants.gov, in compliance with Public Law 106-107. Each Supplement to the BAA and Application Instructions, which detail the pre-application and proposal submission process, along with the required forms for proposal submission, will be available electronically for downloading from the Grants.gov website (https://www.grants.gov) upon release. Each award mechanism will require submission of a pre-application including a letter of intent (LOI) through the CDMRP eReceipt website, https://cdmrp.org. Supplements to the BAA will also be available on the CDMRP website (https://cdmrp.health.mil). Pre-application LOI and proposal submission deadlines will be listed in the Supplements to the BAA.
Requests for email notification of the Supplement to the BAA release may be sent to Help@cdmrp.org. For more information about the PRMRP or other CDMRP-sponsored programs, please visit the CDMRP website.
