Department of Defense Bone Marrow Failure Disorder Research Program
Funding Opportunities for Fiscal Year 2008 (FY08)
The Fiscal Year 2008 (FY08) Defense Appropriations Act provides $1 million to the Department of Defense Bone Marrow Failure Disorder Research Program to support the best medical research that makes an important contribution to understanding the disorder and/or improving patient care. This program is administered by the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command through the Office of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP). Proposals for bone marrow failure disorder-focused research will be requested through the FY08 Peer Reviewed Medical Research Program Investigator-Initiated Research Award (Funding Opportunity Number W81XWH-08-PRMRP-IIRA). Program Announcements may be found on the CDMRP web site (https://cdmrp.health.mil/funding/prmrp ) and on the Grants.gov web site (https://www.grants.gov/ ). The pre-application (required) submission deadline is June 4, 2008; the proposal deadline is July 2, 2008.
