Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program (BCRP)
Additional Funding Opportunities for Fiscal Year 2006 (FY06)

FY06 BCRP Program Announcements for the following funding mechanisms are expected to be released in late December 2006:

  • Concept Awards
  • Multidisciplinary Postdoctoral Award
  • Synergistic Idea Award

Detailed descriptions of each mechanism, evaluation criteria, submission requirements, and deadlines will be available in the FY06 BCRP Program Announcements. Each Program Announcement will be available electronically for downloading from the Grants.gov website (https://grants.gov) and the CDMRP website (https://cdmrp.army.mil) upon its release in late December 2006. A due date is expected in mid February 2007..

Requests for e-mail notification of the Program Announcement release may be sent to prequest@constellagroup.com. For more information about the BCRP or other CDMRP programs, please visit the CDMRP website.

Beginning this year, full proposals requesting funding from the CDMRP will be submitted through the Federal Government's single entry portal, Grants.gov, in compliance with Public Law 106-107. Individual program announcements and required forms will also be found on this website. A Letter of Intent (LOI) will be required and will be submitted through the CDMRP eReceipt website, https://cdmrp.org.
